Otto Reitsperger
Otto Reitsperger was born in Salzburg, Austria, in 1955. He studied at the Academy of Applied Arts in Vienna, Austria, from 1974 to 1980, and at the University of Book and Design in Leipzig, Germany, from 1989 to 1990. In 1992 he moved from Vienna to Leipzig and has been living and working in Berlin since 1996.
Otto Reitsperger mainly works in the fields of painting and photography. He published the book "Nachthell" in 2016, and his paintings from 1994 to 2019 are included in the collection "Den Raum denken – Malerei 1994–2019" , co-authored by Reinhard Buskies and Daniel Roy, directors of the Bochum Kunstverein.
